Yoga & Exercise Classes We Offer

Cardio Yoga

This class takes the intensity level up a bit and runs at a faster pace while combining stretching + cardio for the ultimate calorie burn. Repetitive poses in this class work to burn extra fat while building strength and flexibility.

Barre Yoga

Using a combination of ballet bar exercises along with traditional yoga, this class works to tone the legs and strengthen the core while also building flexibility.

Barre Exercise

This traditional ballet bar class focuses on standing exercises while positioned at a ballet bar. This type of exercise helps build your core strength up and tone your legs. This class helps improve all around circulation within your body; therefore, increasing overall health.
